I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Is stress at work affecting your relationship with yourself and your loved ones? Is your lack of sleep or low energy preventing you from doing the things you love? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Let’s define what you value most and the type of life that you love living or want to be living. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. A Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your holistic health and happiness. 

 

I love people and I am fascinated by their thoughts and their behaviours. I have a deep desire to make people feel better, to lift them up, and to guide them towards seeing how truly amazing they are. I have always enjoyed connecting with people from all walks of life and understanding what makes people tick, you can learn something from everyone you come into contact with and I love that! 

Everything I choose to do in my life I do with enthusiasm and with the hope of a positive outcome. I know that from difficult experiences, hard times and even harder work to process and reflect on life, comes the light!  My approach to coaching is no different. I care about my clients and there's nothing more I love than to see them level up, take responsibility for their relationships with themselves and live their best lives.
