I’m Bec, and I know what it's like to crave a collective of heart-inspired humans to hold you, support you and empower you to step even further into your desired vision.
I spent years of my life trying to meet external expectations, ‘tick the right boxes’ and keep everyone around me happy, but it left me burnt out, unfulfilled and constantly chasing a level of perfectionism that was unattainable. I knew something had to change, I knew I was ready for change, I knew I was ready for more.
So I went all in on myself, I invested and committed to my growth, healing and holistic health like never before. I dropped the BS, let my authenticity lead the way and built unshakable self love and a killer relationship with the most important person in my life, ME. I stopped being afraid of my potential and I let it shine brighter than ever before, embracing, accepting and celebrating myself as I deserved to.
And I want you to know this is absolutely possible for you too!

6 months of coaching and high level hype girl accountability, to allow your potential to thrive and to keep you on track to calling in those big, bold and beautiful desires, prioritising you and your growth and letting your authenticity shine.
Weekly Group Coaching Calls
Every week we'll meet together on Zoom for an inspiring group coaching call where you’ll each receive hot seat coaching from me, and uplifting support from your Shine sisters! Each call will be 60-90 minutes and recorded in case you have to miss a call. Come together with other empowering women to learn, grow and be motivated and supported along your journey.
Monthly 1:1 Coaching Calls
Focused on momentum and action our 1:1 calls will allow us to take a deep dive into where you are playing small and what beliefs are keeping you there so we can get you feeling more confident. Let me support and reflect your light back to you so that you can feel confident and ready to share it with the world. 1:1 calls will be conducted via zoom every month, for 60 minutes.
Monthly Themes
Every month we will dive into a different theme of self development. Themes will include workbooks, journal prompts, stretch exercise and in some cases we will have a guest mentor join us for a learning session.
Private Messenger Group
High-level coaching and accountability messaging in a telegraph group to support the high vibe energy of this collection outside of our group calls. Weekly post-call check-ins to keep you on track towards taking action and space to set monthly intentions, support the collective through any challenges and celebrate the epic wins along the way.
